Advocating for an Equitable Energy Transition

An equitable, community-driven transition to renewable energy requires supportive legislation, the cooperation of utility companies, and regulatory support from the Public Utilities Commission. State legislators and planners, commissioners, and our utilities need to hear from communities. However, energy planning and policy discussion and the Public Utilities Commission’s processes can feel inaccessible to many.

ACTT works to provide education and transparent information about important state planning, policy, and regulation, utility behavior, and to support community members of diverse backgrounds in bringing their priorities to state processes.
